Dr. Jennifer Bowling, DNP, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with advanced certification in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) from the prestigious BHRT Training Academy. Her journey into Integrative Medicine began with her own personal health struggles.
After experiencing chronic fatigue, anxiety, sleep issues, mood swings, and vertigo, Dr. Jennifer found herself without answers—despite consulting multiple specialists. The conventional healthcare system left her feeling unheard and frustrated.
Everything changed when she discovered Integrative Medicine. For the first time, a provider truly listened, ran comprehensive labs, and helped uncover the root causes of her symptoms. Through personalized care, whole food nutrition, targeted supplementation, and hormone optimization, she regained her health and vitality.
Today, Dr. Jennifer lives an active, vibrant life—and she’s passionate about helping others do the same. At Renew Integrative Wellness, she combines her clinical expertise and personal experience to provide individualized, root-cause care. Her mission is to guide each patient with compassion, empowering them to feel seen, heard, and truly well.
Eddie Bowling, MPA, CFO, CEM, Paramedic
CEO
Eddie Bowling is the CEO of Renew Integrative Wellness, PLLC and currently serves as the Deputy City Manager for the City of Thomasville, North Carolina, bringing over 23 years of public service experience. A visionary leader with a passion for improving lives, Eddie has led transformative initiatives in local government, including the implementation of Thomasville’s first citywide strategic plan, the development of a 12-month leadership program for municipal staff, and the advancement of economic mobility efforts through grant management.
In the private sector, Eddie co-founded Renew Integrative Wellness alongside his wife, Jennifer Bowling, in 2024—launching Davidson County’s first functional medicine clinic. The practice has quickly become a regional leader in uncovering root causes of illness, providing personalized care through bioidentical hormone therapy and functional medicine. Under Eddie’s strategic guidance, the clinic has rapidly expanded its offerings, including the addition of a med spa.
A certified paramedic since 1999 and North Carolina’s Fire Chief of the Year (2022), Eddie is driven by the core values of service, wellness, and continuous improvement. His long-term vision is to expand Renew Integrative Wellness across the region, increasing access to holistic, root-cause-focused care.
Kamrin Floyd
Front Desk Coordinator & Medical Ear Piercer
Kamrin is the warm and welcoming face you’ll see when you walk into Renew Integrative Wellness. As our Front Desk Coordinator, she plays a key role in keeping our office running smoothly while making sure every patient feels at home from the moment they arrive.
Currently pursuing her degree in Business Administration, Kamrin brings fresh insight and energy to her role. She contributes to a wide range of essential areas including marketing initiatives, social media content, and monthly newsletters that keep our community informed and inspired.
Behind the scenes, Kamrin supports patient care through optimized documentation practices and ensures our supplement inventory is carefully curated and well-stocked. Her attention to detail and passion for wellness help us deliver an exceptional experience every step of the way.

Gracie is a dedicated healthcare and esthetics professional. Gracie combines a passion for helping others with a natural ability to connect with people. With a strong work ethic and a compassionate approach, Gracie strives to make a positive impact in every interaction, delivering care and support with kindness and professionalism.
Recognized as a Beaver Scholar of Health Sciences at Appalachian State University, Gracie is proud of her achievements and commitment to excellence in her field. Gracie is also extremely driven by her faith, and believes that it is the only reason she has accomplished everything so far. Outside of work, Gracie enjoys
traveling, dancing, and embracing life to the fullest; always bringing energy and enthusiasm to everything she does.

Christy Bowling
Client Care Coordinator
Christy Bowling is the Client Care Coordinator at Renew Integrative Wellness, where she plays a key role in creating a seamless, welcoming experience for every patient. With a degree in business and a passion for organization and numbers, she brings a strong foundation in accounting, operations, and client support to the Renew team.
Christy loves helping things run smoothly behind the scenes so that both patients and providers can focus on what matters most — great care and great outcomes. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, staying organized, and finding joy in the little things that make life feel balanced and full.
Alli Brewer, FNP-C
Board Certified, Nurse Practitioner
Specializes in Aesthetics
Allison (Alli) Brewer is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who brings both clinical excellence and an artistic eye to her work in aesthetic medicine. After earning her Master of Science in Nursing from Duke University in 2010, Alli spent a decade honing her skills in interventional cardiology and family medicine before transitioning to aesthetics in 2019.
Since then, she has trained with top injectors across the country and developed a reputation for delivering natural, refined results with an emphasis on patient safety and personalized care. Her approach blends science and artistry, helping clients look refreshed and feel confident at every stage of life.
Alli lives in Lexington with her husband, Brent, their two wonderful children, and their poodle, Wally. She is thrilled to be part of the Renew Integrative Wellness team and looks forward to welcoming new and returning patients on this exciting new journey.
